Because he didn't really update the game. He just changed "123.4.3" to "123.4.4" with HxD to make the client work. So new events, weapons, armours etc won't appear because it's not really updated.

i dont think you can patch it with ghost ship. the ghost ship is built into the 123.4.4 and in order to dupe you must be on 123.2.3 so probably not. and ghost ship is gay anyways

No you just have to put all the ghost ship skedaddle in the swf. Don't think anyone on this forum can anyway.
