Humanity?

Since the newest update I've been wondering what ''humanity'' means.
I looked up in the DayZ wiki and it told me if your humanity drops below zero you'll turn a bandit.
Does this mean you just get a scarf and no clothes?
Because I watched some old DayZ videos about guys being bandits and they had the same scarf but also ''mummy'' clothing (like toiletpaper )

Your guy will basically become a towel head when you become a bandit, it only affects the facial part of the char. I prefer the good humanity side, you get a better skin with camouflage.
