Humanity?

Since the newest update I've been wondering what ''humanity'' means.
I looked up in the DayZ wiki and it told me if your humanity drops below zero you'll turn a bandit.
Does this mean you just get a scarf and no clothes?
Because I watched some old DayZ videos about guys being bandits and they had the same scarf but also ''mummy'' clothing (like toiletpaper )

Your guy will basically become a towel head when you become a bandit, it only affects the facial part of the char. I prefer the good humanity side, you get a better skin with camouflage.

If you're wondering:

To Raise humanity you have to help people. Bandage them. Give them blood. Give them head, whatever they desire.

To Lower humanity you basically have to be evil. Shoot people. Torture them. Antagonize them.

and to go in the good humanity side what have you to do ? kill bandits ?
