People say it to bypass the filter of the word Hack, so if they call you a racker, they mean hacker.

BR's and cool guys say RACK because you can't say hack ingame

Rack, H4ck, Hac, Hak, Hek all means Hack.

Like said, people use 'rack' to bypass the word 'hack' since it's censored on crossfire.
