RotMG Standalone Client with connection messages

Ok rodney since uploading those pictures screwed up I'll just use words. -_-

Step 1: extract file to desktop

Step 2: Right click and select open with...

Step 3: Select adobe flash player.

Step 4: ????

Step 5: Profit.

CalciumFire can you please make a tutorial on how to create such a modified RotMG swf on your own? It would be great to do that manually, each time a new rotmg version comes out.

Not sure what the rules are on posting files but I have a version that doesn't seem to lag at nexus. Figured you guys might want it. Same thing as OP file, standalone with connection messages.

Did you find this on another site or did you create the swf yourself? I'm curious about what files were added/removed to get rid of the auto-kick to character select.

Ya I made it. Nothing was added, just used the most current client to apply the modifications. I'm assuming since it has all the graphics that's why it doesn't kick.

Nilly do you think you'd be able to patch cubeone?

Patch cubeone so that it doesn't lag out? I don't know enough to be able to do that. I'm new to hacking flash apps, just getting my feet wet.

could you please tell us how you did that step for step? then we can create such working swf on our own and dont have to wait, each time a new rotmg update comes

Doesn't work at all, when you open it in a browser. It acts like your opening/using a cube's client, all you see is connection failed, connecting to whatever, connected... Keeps repeating. Won't even let you log into nexus or anything.
