Alright, as i were playing mw2 on steam, i got into a hacked lobby, and the guy infected me and deranked me, no problem with the derank, i just hack my self up in rank again, but the prob is the infection, every time i go into a match the map of the match is on my screen, i mean its really taking OVER the whole screen, really annoying to have it there, was thinking about reinstall, but want to know if theres another way. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
You should try deleting config_mp.cfg located in: Program Files - Steam - SteamApps - common - call of duty black ops - players. Then the game will generate a new clean one and the weird stuff should be gone. I'm pretty sure the infection changed some settings in that file.
You can just close it ^^
