How to make a non vac server
I want to make a non vac css server with bots to test out hacks, no idea how to make the server non vac secured, anyone know how.

You can make a single-player server to test out hacks, I believe they are non VAC secured.
Here's how:
1.) Launch HL2.exe (Counter Strike: Source)
2.) Under "Find Servers" it says "Create Server" or something like that, click that.
It gives you various options for your server that only you can play on; with bots, or with no bots.
3.) You can toggle anything, add/remove anything in the 3 tabs that it gives you. (Server, Game, and CPU Player Options).

Start your game with the parameter -insecure to make an insecure listen server. If you have a dedicated server, start that with -insecure.
