I think maybe a thread should be set up and people should vote for the most active users and users that have posted the most content. and have helped, trusted the most.

The red button is merely to report. When you report it gets sent to gourav/dave/arun/Jeta and whoever gets to it first will delete the thread and either ban the offender or warn them. If you report just to play around they will ban you.

Concluded just click the red button if everybody that does...
than they get simply banned in few hours/minuts
