I'm sure you at least need 800 posts or so to become a Minion. I'm not that sure, but I've seen it on the application thread for CF Minions that Liz posted.

2. Learn to contribute.

Contribute to a section and work on your English.
Do work, suck a lot of dick, and take credit for everything.
If you PM spam all the mods including Liz, Arun, and especially Dave you get [MPGH] in front of your name.
Contribute to sections you like, be helpful to others when needed, and be active.
