-Ping is created when there's a delay in your internet connection. The faster or stronger the delay, the lower your ping. Longer or weaker the delay, the higher. It is impossible to get no delay internet connection, meaning something like ping 0 is just a glitch.
I just defined ping myself in a fairly easy way for you to understand.
So, if you have higher ping, it means your internet connection's delay is either weak, or travels a long time to get to your PC.
Solution?
Get better internet. There's no other way.
Try to restart your router and your PC.
Close all backgrounds programs which are connected to the internet (such as updaters etc)
Flush your DNS cache.
Open cmd, type ipconfig/flushdns
ok,but i have a very good internet connection, and tried the internet speed test it said that my ping is 153 does it have anything to do with crossfire

Depends on where exactly you linked your speed test to. Servers are located in Canada, UK, and US.
Although I'm pretty sure for where you live, getting high pings at times are normal. Not only is there a high population in CF, but you live far away from the servers.
It's not surprising getting pings like the one you're getting.
Play at Safe mode with Network
When you open PC press F8 and Choose Safe mode with network

Depends on your internet speed and how far is the sever from you.
