hey guys i have a cf china acc i instaled cf china all patcher all but when i want to go in game something charges like x-trap you know and then shows me this sry for my english

Try to download TerSafe.dll and TenSLX.dll

external download links are forbidden. You should ask some-one to upload it for u.

change your system locale to chinese, download chinese fonts (make sure right one) restart pc, start game again, message should now be in chinese fonts.
This message seems to be the message about (loading failed, try again) but i cant be sure till i see the chinese words.
TP = tencent protect, its their version of xtrap.
if you get the fonts working, show the image to me, ill translate for ya.

Not sure if CF China has region restrictions, but maybe that's the reason you're getting an error.

I've been playing CF China since August 2011, so it isn't the IP Restrictions
It must be the Program that detects hacks...
