I was banned from crossfire there anything I can do to unban?

Not really, but you can talk with the staff on CF if you didn't get banned for hacking. Hardly ever does anyone actually win that argument though...
I was playing and suddenly asks me a message saying the hack ben detected
What does it say when you log onto the website.
You can't unban yourself , just wait till the ban is lifted.
