Question about cheating on private hive servers

So .. I have my main acc with a legit copy of Arma II CO, but I want to hack on a non hive server with and alt account to avoid battleye ban. My question is: Is there any way that I can change my acc and use that "fake account" (Without the original game)* to hack on that private hive server?
Can my main get banned?

Let me first point out that hacking on a private hive won't protect you from a ban if the private hive still has battleye enabled.

I know but I mean like hacking with a pirated version of arma II (Like converting my original version to a pirated one in order to execute hacks wthout getting global banned)

You will still get banned. Battle Eye is Battle Eye, regardless of whether the game is pirated or not.
