Does this guy do roids?

Okay, I know you will laugh if I don't know this guy, but I am only a saints chick and I don't know hardly any other player on another team besides the New Orleans Saints.

But, this guy caught my eye on a photo, and decided to crop it cause it seems like he is on roids.
Does he take/look like he takes steroids?
