when i login i write my ID and pass then click login the screen freeze,help

have you tried reinstalling crossfire, try to see if it is responding at all, open task manager and click end now on crossfire and see if you get the not responding error, if you do you might have to reinstall crossfire and/or restart your computer
Disable AV and re-install.
Are you using other things when your game is loading? Stay on the same screen the entire time dont click off. Are you banned? have you used hacks recently?
Try using a CF Cleaner.
Or un patche_cf.exe as an admin (sometimes this works)
Or just delete Whole CF and it's components and then re-install.
