Animation Not working

I make with Photoshop frame animation .. Then i Save it in GIF format .. and it is Not working

If you want a .GIF

how to save:

1: go to FILE at the top screen
2: Save for WEB & Devices

save as = normal photo
choose from file menu
Save for WEB & Devices then save as image only not HTML @shefoalaao .
