I Click Cancel But It Happens Again And Again !!

(Sometimes The Fame Closes Without Downloadin' But That Doesn't Happen Alot)

Before doing such step , can you provide us with a screenshot?

A file being downloaded when you log in?

That's pretty new to me. Could be a virus or something. Or maybe it's something in your CF Folder... Try re-installing + deleting the folder.
