most likely not. Just use an unlimited ammo script and keep laying them down? One satchel charge will disable most vehicles.
you could edit the bear trap script in wuats menu. Simply take the bear trap item out and replace it with the satchel charge code. Now i'm not sure if it would give the option to blow them since you didn't place them done yourself or not. This is all a theory.
I can't get the minefield to work anyway. All of these insane scripts, some with dozens of lines of code work fine... but I can't lay a couple satchels at a time?
