What above said. Get 500 posts, and go into the "Staff Requests" forum of MPGH. Read the stickies, and you'll know what to do.
500 Posts= Text title change
1000 Posts= Name Change
1337= Image Title + Post ban
1000 Posts= Name Change
1337= Image Title + Post ban
