CA download problem

I had The Same Issue Then I found a solution!
its due to your ram.
Meaning your ram is not good enough to run the setup of Ca with all the background process going so what i did was i shut down my pc and open it on safemode you can do that by press F8 like a Million time (well not really)just as soon as your computer reboots a menu will popup and you can select safemode by using up and down arrow key dont do safe mode with networking just safemode your computer will reboot again let it run the pc will look like shit black screen and stuff but dont worry once you have done that open up your setup where you have downloaded it will take some time to install but will be installed eventually once its done installing restart your pc like your normally do and Wola your game is installed and the black screen will be disappered !
