Where are Windows 7 temporary files stored and how to delete them

You can find the Temp and Prefetch folder in your Local Disk and Windows Folder .

If you did what I told you to do in the last thread and it didn't work than follow these instructions .
Clean your Temp Folder and your Prefetch folder.

If that still doesn't work than turn off your anti virus , firewall and run Cross Fire as Admin.

The link about %temp% should work on XP. I'm not sure about the link on prefetch, though.

Try disabling your anti-viruses and firewall.

Maybe that'll help.
