I have an android phone and an iPad and iPod Touch. I personally prefer iOs, although droid is still VERY good.
Android. Because you can customize it.
4.1 jellybean is definitely better than ios (although android is not very stable, because of the amount of devices, I still like it more. ios is good though.)
