Need help on A.V.A. launch

So I downloaded A.V.A. and I tried to run the game but then got this error

Somebody help?

P.s. it was my first time running it, and I was not using a hack.

Try to reinstall and/or close all thirdy party programs.

Like I said I wasn't using a hack

That usually happens when you have a hack. I suggest doing what Dark said.

Still haven't been helped

restart your computer close all programs (third party programs) and try to do again
