Pleasee help me BUGED TEXTURES!

Hi guys ... At some time ago my textures in difrent games start buging.. i start seeing gaps in walls and objects, then textures os objects going out of the map... *Sorry for bad english :3*

This appens to me in difrent games like AVA, ArmaII, Need for speed world etc so the problem is not the game!

My specs:

Grapichs Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 series (5145)
Video Card memory: 2223 mb
Ram: 4g
Processor:Intel i3 2.27 ghz
OS: Windows 7
DirectX 11
