i olso have this prob, i just delet evrything

VPKPatcher automatically makes a backup of your pak01_dir.vpk. If you already have a backup of it in your csgo folder then delete it and run VPKPatcher again. It should work

Doing this got it to work but i had to do one more step for the vpk patcher to work properly and that was that you have to DELETE the pak01_dir.vpk.backup THEN drag and drop the original Pak01_dir.vpk into the VPK patcher. doing all that together should get you colored blue red models and green heads

yeah i tried that a few times too but the textures always came out wrong but i found that tutorial then added the solution to the VPK patcher cause i needed both things for it to work.
