Minecraft MineZ Mod

Hello everybody!
I am a new guy here, and I am searching the cheat for MineZ (minecraft DayZ like serwers).
I' ve downloaded Nodus client. It has some useful things like ,,chest finding, wallhack, no fall or forcefield"

But some guys cheat in the other way. When the are killed by someone, they spawn with thiers old equipment,
I tried to find a solution, how do that but i cannot manage to do this. Is is possible?

Can enyone help me?

Really not possible. Client side shit like xray, ESP, chams, and other stuff is possible if you have a hacked client, but that had to be managed server sided by the server itself. Must have different permissions (like everyone else said; probably donator/mod/admin/etc).
