Using cheat engine
Can I use cheat engine to hack anything? Except for fake gold and that sort of stuff.

What if you used another memory searcher? Like T-search, would it still be detected?

Hackshield has hooked windows functions related to opening/editing another process' memory.

Which should be ReadProcessMemory and WriteProcessMemory. Aswell as some others.
