[request]Hack Origin Account

Hey guys,my friend Origin Account got hacked yesterday,and I wish if is there anyway to hack account back because the EA Customer Support said is nothing they can do.
Is there a way?
If someone want to help me I can prove that account is of my friend with alot of informations.
