I got ban :S But i didnt hacked on this account... any help?

Send a ticket to aeria and see what they'll say

Its u hacked on other account from same ip..

Aeria will ban you even if they "think" you are hacking and have not spent an exorbitant amount of money on AP, it's how they roll.

I sent it yester day 5:00 PM for my time... how much time until they answer me?
