Well, correct me if I'm wrong; aren't you able to add the Paysafecard money amount to Paypal? If so, you could add the money to Paypal -> buy Minecraft with Paypal.
Edit; looked it up. It looks like it's just a pin of some kind.. Um. I'm not sure if you're able to. Go to the Minecraft website, login to your account, and see what payment methods are available.
