I have no idea where you get 'account code' from. It's called a PROMOTIONAL CODE. You log into the site and put it on there. Where you find them - sometimes they release the codes on the Facebook page. As a whole I don't know, it's random where they release them.

No reply after a while, I'll assume this is solved.
