Any Force OP Hack for Minecraft?

I recently looked at force OP hacks for minecraft but found none that worked except for scetch's sessionstealer. The sessionstealer is very hard to use asit requires an admin to join your server. Thus, I wondered if there are any easy hacks that actually work?
