My friend got a $30 UGC from me and he wanted to buy the beginner package. But he's wondering if he would get the remainder $10 if he bought it. Can anyone help me with this?

After you buy the 20$ with the 30$ you get the extra as "tokens", the next time you buy something it will say "You have ### remaining tokens, do you want to use them?" or something along those lines.
