Updated Hex CD-Key Changer ~ Raiin

I've updated my CD-Key changer with some bug fixes.

Changes
-Will now automatically format your key for you (removes any non-alphanumerical characters from the key)
-Will now give you an error if you enter an invalid key instead of crashing
-Removed some un-needed alpha testing code
-Icon and Title Changed

A small improvement from the first release. I'm planning to add support for regular cd-keys, that's my goal for next the update.

Quick Update:
-Will no longer let you change key if New Key is blank
