Reputation

I don't know where to post this but I have a question:
How do you get more than 10 reputation? Is there maybe a request butto somewhere?

Also for reputation at the left side of you post there's going to have a little star clic on it YOU can see if others added Reputation comment
but we , anyusers , will add your reputation , your reputation will be higher if the user had more reputation that you , like i have 55 , and you 10 so i could make your reputation Higher
