You're not an admin nor a gmod, therefore you have no authority and no say in what happens here. Regardless if you've TV'd him. The decision is primarily made by the admins and their conclusion will determine what happens, so vouching for a friend is pretty useless. Lately you've been acting like you have some sort of authority on MPGH and it's troublesome.
