I press ctrl+q and it didnt work can someone help me how to do it the right way

do u have the menu.ini in ur C folder?

whats the c folder

Go to Computer or My Computer. Then there should be a drive:
C:\
called Local Disk or OS
Go in there and drop this file(extract with WinRar first):
MenuConfig
