Getting banned without actually using any scripts?

So I got a hacker to spawn some stuff for our camp on the server that we were playing. Well last night while I was offline my group started to just fool around and they approached some guys on the road. Well they started having a firefight and my group killed them (all legit weapons). Well turns out they got mad and got another hacker to port them to our camp to kill everyone. Well they actually reported my group and now 4 people from my group has a global ban. I thought that couldn't happen if you don't actually use the hacks yourself. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that some how illegal? I don't know I would like some input on this. Thank you.

Hmm That Sounds Realy Unfair To me... But The Hackers Must of Got Banned Aswell Also Did You loot The Weapons After Your Team Kiiled Them?

No, you cant get banned for having hacking in stuff, only for hacking it in yourself. Sever owners cant ban for having hacked in stuff ither (unless they really want to)
Best bet is to go to battleye and try to figure out why you were banned.
