stop lag plz help

lately ive been laging too much n i did the task manager thing n the cleanig my computer wit disk clean n defrsg thing also i have my antivirues off whenever i play it can any help and my freind told me about the firelag.raw file does anyone know wats this

never heard of firelag and your lag is internet do u use hacks hacks can make u lag

n my freind told me bout that firelag.raw thing he said to find it in *** ***********.net but its under construction

Dont advertise. Also, Do you use vista? Thats the cause of all problems.

lol is there something wrong with vista? i use it and i lag like hell.
an alternative solution would be to take out textures and play in small games. the max i play in is 3 on 3 unless its knife fight XD

i dont know vista is crap i cant do anything came with my computer

yea i use vista n i put it compatibilty to windows xp service pack 2 it worked allitle i gusse

but im still lagging if any can find that lag file firelag.raw i would i would really appriciate

just take off texture and upgrade internet if you can
