Does model swapping still work?

Just wondering.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't unless you find a bypass.

TEXTURESCRIPTS? Not sure because swapping confuses me so much. Many people have their own way on swapping their own guns. So I am not sure which one is the original swap technique.
