And that farmer has 40 ping and SPOP, he cant play, he was running searching for ghosts.

Old "red-zone" accounts can still play CF NA. I'm from France, my account was made on 2009 and I still play CF NA.

Accounts made after the August block can't play CF NA

Another farmer here :P
