It's a Dreamcast game, obviously Borderlands is going to have superior graphics,
Jet set Radio is 12 years old..c'mon man the heavy black borders around the character? Not like Borderlands..dafuq?
There is obviously some kind of influence inspired from Jet's overall comic like atmo.

I haven't torrented it as of yet, but will do around tomorrow evening.

Borderlands was good, so I'm guessing this will be more epic.
