Working Chams

I used this and its good since i have no hacks at the moment but THIS IS NOT CHAMS. It just takes detail out of the game and makes everyone more noticeale when u play a game like junk flea. It also reduces lag for some people since there is less detail so its pretty cool. I already knew about this but thanks for postin.

Chams colors the player texture.
