changing ID

So i run combat arms through steam and my account finally got banned and now it wont let me change my user id from that account to my new one on the steam launcher for combat arms any one know how to fix this? thanks!

So when i launch combat arms through steam it comes up with the log in screen and it wont let me change the email address to my new one to log in so the highlighted text in the picture cant be changed but i need to change it in order to log in with a new account and i dont know how to do this as it doesn't allow you to edit the text in the username/ID field.

i have, it has the username saved somewhere and i need to delete it im sure but i dont know if it in the registry or in steam or if its combatarms

It's steam, happened to me before and I just re-installed it.

Thanks that worked and downloading separate from steam also fixes it.
