I bought Arma via a website. I got a global ban. Would I be able to play if I just bought a new from Steam?

Yes, you can just buy a key here and then use a key changer and save a few dollars

Just buy a cheap key on this site and use a CD-Key changer to get it to work. a $5 key on here is better then buying the $20 game again ...

yes you can, but id recommend picking one up on here, i got a new key for 2 dollars earlier today and it works fine now.
