Ping lagging- Upgrade your internet.
Frames per second lagging - Upgrade your ram,Get a Graphics card, Get a better processor.

Your PC isn't good enough to run CrossFire + FRAPS probably.
If your average FPS without recording is below 50, then that means your PC cannot handle recording session of Fraps. In my case I usually have 100 FPS, so I can record fine with tiny bit of lag. Try setting the FPS on Fraps to like 50.

You're not a "Staff member". You are NOT the original thread starter.

make thw graphic and and other things low and open task manager then processes
then select crossfire and press right click on mouse - set priority and make it high and press ok
then back to crossfire

Well then there you go lol. If you don't have a really good PC, then FRAPS + CF = Lag
You'll have to consider upgrading. But only do it if you can, and if you have the money for buying a new PC.
