D3D_StarterKit_V3.0

I apologize in advance if this is an inappropriate release. I figured I'd help a few other people out who were interested in attempting to start learning C++ by uploading the Starter Kit (/b/oss's link was inactive), which I take absolutely no credit for. Again, if this is inappropriate in anyway, please just close it, otherwise I hope this helps someone, took me a little bit to find this without having to sign-up on another forum.
