you could always ping a site for its ip using the cmd you should have made from notepad, and then enter the ip address of the site into the url bar.
e.g
ping jellysnail.com
<list of ips will come up here>
im afraid you will only be able to see the page you have pinged, i think you may have to ping the other pages of the site for their ip to access them too.
Almost of of those websites won't work and will be blocked as "proxy avoidence" or something like that. Use PHProxy

Google "bbfreedom". It's in some other language but just look for the word "proxy" in the description and "webben" in the URL.
