Need Help With Hacks

Hey, well i used to do hacks with mpgh about 2 years ago, but since forgotten updated computer etc. now i don't remember how to do it, so i came here downloaded some hack but i'm not sure where the american NA hacks are, AND when i download an injector, for example i downloaded ARCHY's one, and when i put it to inject and ran Combat Arms, it said it's missing d3_dx9_49.dll i remember something from that along time ago, but i can't find the file no where, can someone please tell me how to set everything up from scratch ?

Look for the file online or where ever,download it.
save it and put it into your ca and windows folders.
