Most of them don't work. Take SS of final page and send it to the offer team.
The insurence quotes that give you 3-6k usually work. I haven't done offers in a while so i don't know if they're still there.
You can't tell which ones are working or not. TBH you have to do what Whiskey said. That's pretty much the only guarantee you have of actually getting ZP from offers. :/
