not really, unless of course u get a bone shot, the psg has more odds of being one shot one kill, specially at short ranges, AW50 is much better for longer distances, and in some cases i have gotten one shot one kills without bone shots, on full health of course.
th aw50 is really great better than psg-1 (in my opinion)

finally got the aw50
i got it and then played with it.
gotten 60-2 kdr with it and also won it 5 more times.
SO i have the aw for another 5 days lol.

AW50 Is My favourite sniper this is the kill opinion
Head > Kill
Neck > Kill
Chest > Hurts alot, Kills if upper chest near neck.
Penis > Hurt
Legs > Hurt
Foot > OWNED! :P
